2015 - 2020
As a freelance artist I designed covers for Cinnaire and their publication Avenues to Affordability, and while working at M3 Group I had the pleasure of doing full publication design for Impact Magazine and Greater Lansing Business Monthly. I had responsibilities of cover design, ad placement, content and layout design.
I also added my own layout design of Eye Magazine to show that I can take on strict guidelines of an existing publication and follow them whilst keeping the aesthetic of the publication in tact.
The last book is a personal project called Black Coffee. It's a concept of a coffee book where I went around and visited coffee houses, interviewed owners and baristas in the Grand Rapids area, as well as visited a coffee roastery to learn the chemistry behind coffee and what creates different flavors and levels of caffeine.
